I am a precision mold maker by trade and I will say this in JTKnives defense. The hardest contour to cut is a sphere/ball. Even if it is cut in a CNC. It is way harder than cutting a regular bullet...

I second the Lee 356-120 TC. It is just a great bullet.

Pull the pins and bushings and grind a flat on the side of them. Then drill and tap a hole 90 degrees to the pin and bushing holes for a set screw. Problem solved and they are removable.

Ez Track is no longer being made and support is almost non existent. I know nothing about Millpower. Prototrak controls are pretty much everywhere around here. For $30,000 it better be a brand new...

Looks like the old sizer is working good for you.
Happy shooting!

I have put together 5 AR's now. All of them shoot better than my friends off the shelf AR's. Like Redneckdan said. Float a high quality barrel and either do the setscrew under the trigger trick or...
That all sounds good for small parts Brent. But tell me how the cost effect will be on printed large parts vs Machining them. I'm talking large mold bases and such.
Your right on the money with your assessment of the 3D printers Paul.

I know first hand what you and your family are going through. Prayers headed out for you all.

I mix 1 stick of BAC to 1 /2 stick of CR. It has worked great in my Ed Brown match barrel.
OK, I understand that and that is exactly what I was thinking. I have been comparing apples to apples as far as powder and bullet weight. So most loading manuals are full of s^*t on their published...
So if that is true. Shouldn't you be able to put a larger powder charge behind a lead boolit?
Ok I have been reloading for a long time but just recently got into casting for my 9mm and 45acp. I have three loading manuals here and they all state lower powder charges for cast boolits than...
I went to the range around noon today. I know I said I would test this boolit out on Sunday, but I could not wait. Last night I loaded up 32 rounds. Boolits dropped from the mold at .454" just what I...
It is a flat base design. I to have used the Lee 452-230 TC. But I cut the bevel off and they drop at 210gr. I wanted more bullet sticking out of the case and a smaller meplat than the lee design. I...
