You wont be disappointed in the Henry. For me anyway its turned out to be a shooter. I agree on the GT bullets, that's why I like them. They really open up on game being a bit softer.

Much thanks on the advice. I pulled the trigger apart and put flitz on the contact surfaces; a bunch of dry fires, cleaned off the trigger. It was like night and day.

Thats definitely good to hear. I was also surprised by how well the 44 and 45 variants did. I have not shot on game yet but I think their wide HP will work wonders

I ave used GT Bullets with great success in 44 mag and 45...

After shooting a few loads I took some calculations and gave Skinner sights a call to do the numbers.

We came up with a sight height that should do the trick.
