181/2" bbl in 308 is LOUD. it did however unscrew without difficulty, not as handy with a 22" bbl but much easier on my ears.

we are just finishing a #3 ruger in 25-20. bbl. is 1-10., mainly because I used a takeoff 25-06 bbl. from a savage. it will finish at 20". have to d&t for scope mounts and it will be finished....

there is! MONEY! lee handles are a bargin compared to the other brands. I have modified the 6 hole lee for several molds. always nice to not have to change handles.

a lot of the r&r 357 mags. have a "generous" chamber that allows 360dw to be used without ant reaming but reaming will give a leade as opposed to pistol type step.

the #1 buttstock is the first modification every #3 should have, no matter what caliber.

that barrel lends itself to rechambering, if you want to, 17hmr, 17 wsm, 17 hornet, 17 khornet, 17 fireball, 17 Remington. if no interest in 17 caliber rounds it will be an easy sale or trade.
