Make an inertia puller out of a 3ft 2x4. It works.

Drill a hole in a 2x4 just small than the rim and use some rubber bands to hold the round in place. Whack on a hard surface. Re-use bullet and powder.

Looks to be in nice condition and not a bad price. If you decide to go for it, make sure to check all the barrel threads for any damage. I've seen a few where people over torqued the barrel nut....

I would go with a gently used MEC. Also, after reading your other post, if you go looking for shotgun hulls, don't pick-up any that may have been out in the rain or the base wad may have damaged.
