    How much sawdust to add to lead as flux?

    Hey! I just saw'd some hardwood logs for sawdust..
    Now I need to know in what quantity of sawdust per pound of lead?

    I have 50 lbs of lead sheets (x-ray room).

    Oh, I see. So even though it's pretty pure soft lead sheets there'll still be crud when melting them down.. Then I'll go with a cast iron pot and a heat source. Thanks :)
