I had two bags of once fired Norma brass sent to me from Sweden .One made it to my house and the other was confiscated in Chicago by Homeland Security because they said it had primers in the package...

Some where I saw a video where the guy sprayed the bullets in a small container with Silicone .He then added the powder and roled them around alittle and they were coated .Any one remember this...

I wonder if any one makes a small battery run fan that would hold up to oven heat ?

I use Swiss 1 1/2 in my 45/70 and it shoots very good . I tried KIK and loaded it one grain lighter and then in about 3 grain steps heavier than my swiss load .It shot bad till i got about 8 to 10...

Use some bullet trays like the foam ones for 45 caliber .Shave them down so the holes are open all the way through.Place them in your lube tray and then set the bullets in each hole .Lift the foam...

Are you sure its not the metal can thats rusting and causing the red dust ? I have just opened the last of about 10 cans of imr 4350 .Some dated back to the late 40's and had rust dust in them but...
