I've seen the filters on our PC set up. You might harvest a good bit that way. And a bonus...it will be finest/lightest powder from the source material.

These guys are right..the nonstick foil is the way to go. Dull side up.

My push though die left lead discoloration on my first PC's. After some use the PC'd ones eventually cleaned the residue out of the die.

Interesting idea. Like the way you think.

The frost is rough. At work, those guys rough slick steel up right before a PC. That is why I brought this up.

Washing is an additional step, I concede, but acetone or some such dries fast.

Frosty bullets may actually speed up the process because it usually is a sign you're casting too fast.
