In my own reloading room at home I have had a Dillon 650, 550 and 2 Square Deal B's.
I now have pared back to just the SDB. I have taken it with me on shooting trips with a portable reloading table....

I wondered if it was just me.
Guess not.

I talked to Magma about the larger pot.
They said the frame on the Mark 5 is smaller so I would have to beef it up for a larger pot.
I will just use it for the smaller caliber bullets and not worry...

I recently purchased my second Bullet Master.
I have learned already an immense amount of stuff that I didn't know that I didn't know.

Sadly the pot sizes are not the same.

Pewter is your friend.
I find it at thrift stores.
Goodwill seems to be catching on that it is worth more than aluminum.
Go to the small thrifts.

Hard lead with low velocity = leading ing the barrel.
Autos need harder bullets for feed.

I went on a spree buying "pewter" on eBay.
At least 50% of it was aluminum.
That was after the sellers swore it had a stamp saying pewter on the bottom.
Now I have them send me a photo.

Got into my busy season but I figured I would check in.
The problem turned out to be operator error.
I had carefully, but not carefully enough, drilled out the orifice plate.
Apparently the drill...

It has 8 pins.
It's a plug-in timer.
The part I am concerned about is that there are 3 wires just hanging out near the harness where the timer plugs in.

I run a Magma Bullet Master but when it's down (not often) production kind of...

Got to agree with those above.
I don't use Unique but I would have about 4 years ago when I was unable to find anything.
I am thinking we are just around the corner from another fear situation....

You don't say what you are using the rifle for but if you scale back the velocity the softer bullet will expand to the barrel size and your accuracy will go up.

I would save up and buy a used Ruger Single Six.
