They are differing sizes. the large ones are almost 45 pounds a pieces. They have angled sides so they would stack together in the walls.

No just solid block of almost pure lead. I will probably mix it with hardball from rotometals to work a little better for my use.

This is a laquer finish but i use poly and linseed deoending on the piece. The customer wanted to put fake flowers in it. I use tight bond for all of the gluing i have never had a joint fail with it.

I know its not gun related but I take the money I make from them and buy guns so it is sort of the same.

You can also use a very thin super glue to stabilize the wood before checkering.

Thanks for the help guys. I got it all worked out. After I got the first bullet out I lubed the second one with a little imperial sizing die wax and then every thing went smooth.
