Depends on what type of music you liked. I was not a disco person "my wife was" but I didn't listen to it. I listened to rock mostly. To me the 60s and 70s had the best rock music ever.

I was working at a feed supply at 12 making 5 bucks a day in the summer months. At 15 I did home remodeling....much better money plus I learned a trade. After I got out of school in 71 I was hired at...

Not me. I was able to save a few bucks before I got married in 73. All I had was a car payment $64. plus gas and groceries.
It's worth what someone is willing to pay. $500 is very low. With the factory Combats I'm thinking $800 to $1000

No filter in mine but I do clean/brush the coils down a few times a year.

I have a White Westinghouse I bought in 1993. Still going strong. Not counting my guns it's the best investment I ever made.

When they were still in operation I thought TC use to convert the older frames to easy open?
Forum: Single Shot Guns
You sure it's not a non easy open frame? The longer barrel and added weight will be even harder to open I would think. And also the Lug or the locking bolts.

I've had split necks and shoulders when fire forming used brass even after annealing it but have not had this happen once formed. You should check the dimensions before and after.

I send them emails and they always get back to me. Never paid shipping for their screw up on items.
Forum: Case Forming / Re-forming
I have more Unique then any other powder I own. I would like to find a load to reform my 30-30 brass. Anyone use it for fire forming?
On a more germaine note, why is this whole thread about presses and dies place with the HAND TOOLS section instead of some place appropriate like say, RELOADING EQUIPMENT, for instance? Any...
Well Gents! Went to set up the new Turret that Lee just sent me and evidently it wasn't checked. It's even worse then the one I had problems with. I guess they don't check their product for fit. This...
I wasn't sure that what I done to the turret would affect it's use in the long run so I sent Lee an email stating the problem I had. In less then 2 hours I got a reply that a new 4 hole turret was on...
Had a problem threading a Lyman 38/357 M die into a brand new Lee 4 hole turret. I have the M dies in all my handgun set ups but this is the first this happened. The die would only screw in about...

Is that a 6.5JDJ on a 225win case or a 6.5JDJ#2 on a 307win case?

Make sure you degrease the inside of the size die. If your only baking your powder coat 4 mins that's not long enough. I bake mine 20 mins on average.
