I'm convinced that ammunition, powder, and primers are nowhere near as sensitive as many claim. I have handloads from the early 70's, (50+ years old), that go bang today, just as they did a half...

This is my .308 T/C Pro Hunter Contender. I have a new original Thompson Center 15" .30-06 barrel coming today from Haus Of Arms. I'm anxious to shoot it. I'm thinking of working up some cast bullet...

Well, it is now 8 years later. Does any truth remain to this? If this stuff was discontinued 8 years ago, I doubt places would still be taking E-Mail notification orders for it. It would have been...

You only need a nice bed for the dog.
I have to agree. I've always liked MEC reloading tools, and have used them for over 40 years. I think a single stage model MEC would be perfect for specialty loads like slugs and heavy buckshot,...

I have acquired a recent interest in combat shotguns, and have purchased several of them in the last couple of years. I have reloaded shotshells extensively for almost 40 years. Mostly Trap loads....

I hate to show up to close the barn door after the last horse leaves, but I know you and your wife do a lot of shooting. For trimming cases, (which is the most boring, thankless job in the...

All loading manuals fluctuate in data. I have the Lyman 45th Edition Manual from the very early 70's and have used many of the loads in it that are in fact "overloads", by the more modern manuals,...
