I also agree with a 30 cal suppressor and 300 blkout subs for hogs but there is a 100 gr mold from NOE that would also work for 223 subs. From my tests 223 subs (62gr with hp38) are much quieter...

NOE has a nose sizer but that's allot of work if you are shooting alot through a semi. I'd try a different PC first.

I agree with using 1680 or cfe blk... If you are not running a suppressor subs are still pretty dang loud. So I'm not sure it's worth the hassel. There are also "flaming pig" type muzzle devices...

For cycling your round in the house, I'd just take out the firing pin. You could still get a slam fire if your primers are not fully seated but highly unlikely.

You may need to flare your brass... I use the lee insert for a 30 carbine in a lee universal expander. Helps reduce shaving the lead while seating. I also have that noe mold ... Mine is the htc...

What do you mean by bullet profile? For my android app you just hold down on a saved group and a menu pops up on top with a trash can symbol. Not sure about the iPhone app though.

Thor ... The (+) and (-) sides (spot 3 and 4) are what hook up to the PID ... the PID should have a + and - connector labeled SSR. + to + and - to - and the pid tells the relay to switch on or off...
