I added a spring to the lever on my Lee pot. The only time it drips much at all is if I have left lead in the pot. It will drip as the pot heats up so I stay close.

It should serve you well for what you said bro. I use mine for sizing cast boolits, flaring cases etc. I reload using my Lee Turret and the Challenger is my 'extra'. It sure does come in handy.
