I use LOAD# 140217-5486 and get pretty good...

I have a newer Lyman 314299 and it drops right at. 314 with Lyman #2 pouring at 690 degrees. By the way, I get excellent accuracy with this bullet out of my mosin.

It's lead oxide. If you decide to scrape it off, try not to breath in any of the dust. It is less dense than pure lead and can become airborne.
