What gets me about this is the OP's thought that this could prevent a squib load, which is exactly the opposite of what would happen. Squibs happen due to failing to see a non-existant SMALL charge...

THere was a formula that I followed that was by volume, I just used a canning jar as the "double" part of the boiler (they have the fluid oz. molded into the side, close enough for me....)

Assuming that you're talking about a bullet sizing die, yes, the Lee push-through will work with ANY standard thread press (it's 7/8"-14).

OTHER sizing dies only work with "lubri-sizers", but...

Then again, with SAAMI specs of 14,000psi in a case designed around the bulk of black powder, you're not going to get in trouble with book loads......

Now if you're loading "Ruger only" loads,...

Or there's always VO-5 or Bag Balm........
