RustOleum makes a hammered finish in a rattle can thats pretty close to rcbs green. Got mine for a vise project from my local home depot.

Its made of silver and has a slight oil or petrolium smell to it.
The point is very sharp and small and seems held in place loosely in the cap...maybe by a spring...definitely not soldered in place....
