Yep, round nose profile will let you use lead tip. I've got a trim set to trim down 5.7 brass but I haven't played with it yet to get an idea on weights. My 30 cal set does have a point finishing...

I've got a round nose profile I use for heavy 30 cal but I don't see why it wouldn't work for the 5.7 bullets. Thing is, might be a bit heavy for caliber unless you trim them.
