One tip...when mine come out of the tumbler, I dump them in a cheap plastic collander from the dollar store and shake off excess powder...dump them from the collander into the baking pan.

I don't stand them on end...I only cast handgun bullets. I dump...literally dump them in a pan and bake them. When baked...as soon as they cool, I size them. There will be a few that are stuck...

My powder coating takes less time than tumble lube...don't have to wait on them to dry. I dump about 500 in the tumbler, add powder and tumble for 10 minutes, dump'em in a couple of pans and bake'em....

I pull out the stick-ons...easy to see in a handful and everything else goes in the pot. The zinkers will float...I don't spend any time or effort sorting them.

Thanks for the info...I have one handgun with FO sights on it...haven't shot it much but I can see where they might be helpful on this rifle and I will probably give them a try.

I like them to...makes a real difference for me and I am proud that I have finally gotten around to getting them on this rifle, no excuse for it not being shot, now.

About to upgrade another one of the 94's...got to help out these old eyes. This kit has the front Fire sight included...might give it a try, not sure about that, yet. This set is going on an AE model...

I have 5 Uberti's...love them. I have Rugers, too and I like them...but love the Uberti's. The Ruger single action is really a different gun...stronger...but you lose the essence of the single...

For the price, did you really expect to be impressed with the Heritage...other than from a value standpoint? We have one that we are very pleased with considering what it costs...never had any issues...

I have got that knife deal going where my 24yr old son is a knife nut and I just let him handle all of the sharpening and game cleaning...makes it easier on me and he really enjoys it.

I just use .357 brass.
