I have had the same issues with my 1.0 4" and my mp9c. They all slug and chamber essentially the same (good for their QC i guess haha). In my 1.0 and 9c it never really mattered, just shot plated...

35rem. Thanks. My measurement was groove diameter. The slug was certainly over barrel diameter. I drove through end of barrel and shaved a ring all the way around the slug before it drove completely...

That was the widest diameter. It was AC Range scrap. Is what I had access to. Cast in a spent 45 case.

Slugged my ATI 1911 at .448. Seems odd to be undersized versus oversized. Used calipers with multiple careful measurements. Going to have my machinist Neighbor verify with his better micrometer.

Got my PID wired and tested. Now just have to get it mounted in a metal box... Holding 700* nearly perfectly

It’s a zev barrel. Consequently my Glock Barrel does not lead. I am just saving it. For. Something I guess. Haha. (Zev was a near gift price so I run it)
