The only time I use a LP Mag primer in the 44 Mag is when I'm using W-W 296 propellant.

Never LR in a pistol case.

I tried some 45 acp loads using the 200gr Lee Bullet the SWC. It seems like its a BB copy of the HG68.

I had some failure to feeds where the cartridge slid out of the mag and almost pointed...

I've got a 2005 mfg Winchester M94 lever that loves bullets sized .380. I can feel a bit of tension on the lever as the bolt fully closes. I shoots cloverleafs at 50yds with open sights.

Don't use the auto disk.

If you are loading large revolver cartridges use the lee dippers with a much less than max carge of Unique.

I load many of my "Cowboy" loads that way.

IMO the 300gr LFN is a great hunting bullet.

It sounds like you brass is not being sized to correct dimensions.

The bullet should fit tight with out any crimp.
