Sounds like they could be mislabeled LR primers instead, I believe those are a bit taller than LPs.

I believe NOE offers what you are looking for. They have custom expander buttons for the Lee Universal expander dies.

Cut up used dryer sheets and throw them into your tumbler to cut down on dust. It won't 100% eliminate the dust but it helps.
