Don't think I have any slower powder kicking around, have win 231, 296, H110, titegroup and 700x. Have to check and see what I can find locally. Usually do my powder orders in bulk to save $$$....

Bullseye is a good powder in the 9mm, not sure why you would use rifle primers though, could cause a pressure spike in such a small case. Regular small pistol should be just fine.
