Slugged out at .301 and .309.

Just wondering if anyone has successfully used the Lyman 311029 for medium game (pigs and/ or deer) in the 30-30. There seems to be a big push for wfn cast bullets for hunting...

I bought the range dog mould specifically for my Marlin Xlr 3030. Unfortunately my new rifle seems to have no throat at all and this round will only chamber if seated .15 inches below the neck...
