James, I’m not so sure that the extra half inch of a 600jr reprime punch couldn’t be adjusted to work on the 400 by adjusting the deprime punch and shot/powder tube down.

No. 16, the primer cup, has a welded in, stepped post in it. There is no separate punch. All gauges use the same primer cup, spring, and primer pad.

TSS is amazing stuff. Turkey hunters are killing up to 90 yards away with #9 TSS. I would think #2 TSS would be very much like #00 lead, good out to at least 100 yards or better on average size...

All 2.5’s get 16.8 of 110/296 and the little CB wad for me, with tailored 3/8 to 1/2 oz loads, depending if it’s for the kids to burn up or close doves.

I’m a .45acp lover but grizzlies? Give me a hot 10mm,,,,,better yet, take a 10mm auto and turn it into a 11.5x25mm acp. Chopped BR brass should do nicely.

Not sure about feeding with the flat nose, RCBS discontinued their mold.

Is that 8mm Max going to even chamber in a wz.29 without putting the gas check way below the neck? The Max was designed for the m/88 and the older, heavier cartridge was it not?

7mm Mag is a pretty big case to be using 2400 or 4227, IMHO.

If I *had* to use something at less than about 80% of case capacity, it would be 700X or Unique. Too many powders are supposedly good...
