I have the same rifle in 243 and 223 with the rotary mags. Have to cycle the action with authority. Its just not a nice controlled round feed action.

I cook mine at just hot enough to melt the powder coat. Passes the smash test and recovered bullets are fine. I find they dont stick together as bad at lower temp.
