Check out John Whidden at whiddengunworks.com , he makes a great die from your cases. They are reasonable priced too. He does 20 cal and up. Good people to deal with too.

You shouldn't have any problems. I've taken 223 down to 17 cal and later made them into 20 cal. I did anneal. The more you work brass the more it work harden. You're not moving the brass much.
