Heck yeah! My favorite grips on revolvers. I’m glad to hear they’re up and running. My 617 needs a set. Those look fantastic. Are yours exhibition grade or standard? Either way, they’re stunning.

I just picked up a GEN 5 G19. I’ll break it in this weekend, to include some of my 125gr LRN reloads. I’ll report back if there is any leading.
Glad you got yours back! I had a similar story with a Remington 1187 upland 20ga. I had to sell it back in 2011, got what I originally thought was mine back in 2020 from GB. Same city, etc. Figured...
To answer the OP question, it’s not needed. Hope he enjoys his 1911, they are the one handgun that I keep going back to, and carry daily more than any other platform.
That’s great news! Can’t wait to call them on Monday, I need a pair of Jordan Troopers for my 617, and some D45 1911 grips.
I use a triple load inside of a Speer capsule. I use 1 .283 ball below 2 .300 from track of the Wolf. At 15 yards, the (2) 300 balls hit POA/POI with the fixed sights of my 442 airweight, and the 283...
That’s an exceptional Saturday. Congrats to you and your friend.
I like the Simply Rugged Cattleman for Belt carry, and the sourdough pancake with the chesty puller harness when I’m wearing a pack.
Thanks for the feedback! My birthday is coming up, I’m going to add this to list of ideas.

I need Ruger to bring back the Red Label shotgun in 12, 20, and 28 gauge. Make the 16 and 410 for a follow on run.
Smith & Wesson to add the 10mm to its M&P line of poly wonders.
Now that is a great sounding load. Especially with the 175gr load. Thanks for sharing.
Now this would be a cool test. I may have to order some and give it a try. Thanks for sharing the info so far, it’s a great baseline just reading through the posts.
I love the 357mag, and just as described above, it can/will do almost anything. However, if I’m in an area hunting that has grizzly’s, the 357 stays home and I bring a little larger caliber that I...
Another vote for Herrett’s. Here are my three sets of Jordan Troopers. The fit and finish are superb, and they have by far the best customer service that I’ve experienced. I appreciate the way they...
I have tried the S&W 40cal moon clips with the same disappointing success as the factory moon clips. 10mm, no issues. I love my GP100, enough that it comes with me into the mountains in a chest rig....

I’m currently using up the last 3# of titegroup that I have. I scored an 8# jug of W231 to compliment the 4# jug I had stashed. Both work well for 9mm, 38spl, and 45acp. I prefer W231 for its...

Can’t believe I didn’t see this one earlier. Get to call them today about my 2# of AA4350. The sad part was dismantling my 25/06 hunting loads. 150 rounds were pulled yesterday. Oh well, I’ll start...

We have 2 walking around rifles. However, one is a T/C encore in 243, topped with a Vortex Viper 2-7x32. Weight is under 7#, and ammo or components are still very affordable. The other is an H&R...
I’ve used both my Lee Set and my RCBS set to load 45AR. Appropriate shell holder is the only requirement. I agree with the above post for a roll crimp, however, the LEE FCD die has also not let me...
I have the 5” half lug Lipsey’s GP100 in 10mm. I absolutely love it. However, the 646 moon clips for 40 S&W doesn’t work too well in mine. However, it does shoot 200gr j words and 175gr swc boolits...
