your new load is close to the 5%+- mark , that I have been told is what you can expect from changing from one lot to another
you new lot is 5% faster so you need to use less
I think from a pistol barrel 300 -400 fps +-
you did not tell us any of your load data / bullet weight/ shape /seating depth or oal
the above will all effect what goes down the barrel
Not sure on how it will work in rifle cases as the fill ratio will be low
I have used it in cast 357 mag and a few others
look for IMR data around 2007 and there could be some online data

Not that one but i have been using the 35 XCB Cast bullet aka 360-230-FN-AU1 230g
More of a more pointy nose will make it feed better
But if you are looking for lighter bullets you can try...

I used GRT with my data, changed barrel length and powder
GRT predicts bullet velocity in the 1000 fps range
Your muzzle pressure is less than 400 psi = why you are sticking a bullet
Fill ratio...

What I have found
New springs might have function issues, as in they might eject a fired case but not pick up a new round,
if testing new loads I have a tool kit I take to the range and if I get...

I lapped mine out from a .299 nose to .301 / base from .3095 to .310
One of the bullets that I use in new...
For your load
I would say that is a over pressure load from previous results
I would use 15.0 g as a Max and start 5% below that .... even if you load 5 rounds you will see how it does
GRT...
