I use the old NRA 50/50 soft lube and mine does that, it is in my basement and a little cool during the winter. I warm the sizer every time I use it with a heat gun for a few minutes and all is well....

Pure lead. Find someone who casts shotgun slugs or black powder round balls and he will trade you for range scrap or harder alloy.

I use the old 50/50 NRA lube in my Star and found that by heating the bottom of the Star Sizer for a few minutes with a heat gun solved the problem. Never had to do it again during that sizing...
