I am 99.9% sure you don't need an FFL to sell projectiles. If someone were to sell reloaded ammo then a destructive device license and insurance is needed.
But I may be wrong.

We were able to get the NOE 247s to stabilize sub sonic out of the vz-48 as well as all of my 300 BOs but the VZs wouldn't cycle

1 in 9.45" twist and a 11.9" barrel. The 4 or so rounds of each charge I shot were stable (11 Gr-12.5 .3 Gr increments) but I HIGHLY advise anybody who is considering using this load data check...

With the weights varying that much I would weight 15 or so and use the heaviest weight for the load data that you choose I.E. 185 Gr was the heaviest I would use data for 185 grain.
