Yes, i always leave a boolit in the die.

I tried funneling and polishing the lee die and then running the bullets thru base first to seat the checks. I also tried using sizing wax to help the process.

These were already sized to .358 before I tried seating the checks.

I thought of that too. I used some imperial sizing wax. I don't know if makes a difference, but these seem to be made of a softer material than the ones I bought for the .41 mag.

If it was at a good price I'd snatch it up. They're hard to find. If it doesn't work out, you shouldn't have a problem getting rid of it.

Not a rifle but I believe the SW x frames in .460 are a gain twist as well. I've heard nothing but good things from them in terms of accuracy.

I had very good accuracy with 4227 and 325gr cast. 25.4gr was good for 1250 out of a 7.5" SRH.
