I would use denin and oil.
if there is some stubborn areas, then use 0000 steel wool. Do not go too aggressive, it is easy to screw up the dies.
I would worry about the insides more so than...

Even though it goes against all the previous suggestions, I probably wouldn't slug the bore, I'd just size them .358 like all the commercial cast bullets that you'd buy from the major vendors.

4831 started out as a Military powder. After WWII, it was sold to reloaders as Mil Surp.
Anyway, Use the current data for the powder you have.
Here is why you don't want to go below Min published load. Win 296 is tough to ignite and doesn't burn completely until a certain pressure. That is why published data almost always specifies a Mag...

There is no correct answer to this question. I say that mostly, because I differ from almost everyone else in this thread, LOL

Igor,
Brazing is basically soldering, but instead of lead and/or Tin alloy solder, you use Brass or Bronze alloy rod...and a hotter torch. It's a much stronger joint, that solder.

If you are at the point of soldering the nut and not being able to replace the 356 die, and you are good with that, then I'd go one step farther, because you are going to likely find out that the...

what is your goal?
If you can't get to the range, I'd suggest going with something that is known to work. For 9mm luger, you'll want a alloy that is harder than pure lead. I use 94-3-3 and...

I see some decent looking used recliners on FB marketplace for $25 to $75. The electric lift ones are usually $50 more.
I think you got some crazy prices out there on the Left coast.

I've never seen any brass SKS strippers. Only black steel for 10 rds.

Lots of good advice so far.
If you are gonna pre-heat the mold, which is a great idea, and have a way to measure the mold temperature, it should be around 375º F, which is 190º C
Good Luck.

If I had excess Linotype, I'd mix it 3 to 1 (Pure lead to Lino) for pistol ammo and I'd heat treat that for Rifle. BTW, 3 to 1 comes out to be 96-3-1 which is very similar to WW. To get a little...
