351 will be for killing stationary and tin cans
450 BM will be griz protection when I am out with the dog

I have 2 rifles that I want to cast for and can't find suitable molds. Looking on Accurate molds site it seems I can come up with something, but don't know what!
351 WSL - I want to shoot...
That's OK. Even quieter and I won't have to pick up my brass.
I only have 1 can (currently) that is for my 450 Bushmaster. The thread pitch is 5/8"-24. A standard 45 ACP barrel is not big enough to thread to this size, instead they use a goofy thread pitch size...
I have a 5" slide that is set up for a bushing system, I want to go bushingless. Can my current slide be machined out to "bushingless" or do I need to replace the slide??
Kel-Tec is like that too. 95% of their guns are fine for the 50-100 rounds/year shooter. If you send it back, they go thru the whole thing and make it 100% dream shooter.

Should be no issue.
When I make 7-08 brass from 308 brass, I do turn the necks to about .013" thick. You'll need a ball/blade mic to get a good measurement. Too thick of necks and you'll have high...

Nice project!!
I hit the easy button and went the 358 Yeti route. I haven't milled my lower yet, so it is not together. 6.5x47 Lapua brass is the deluxe way of making brass, but 6 GT is cheaper. I...

Old thread but good info. I'm trying to talk a buddy out of his 351. Hopefully I'll need this info.

I have a buddy with a Glock 10mm (whatever that model number is), that wants some "bear loads". After a long discussion that a 10mm IS NOT a bear round, I agreed to load some for him.
I remember...
For you guys running the FF type Red Dots. I'm wanting to put one on a FIXED sighted Dan Wesson. I'm guessing that I will have to have my topstrap machined to fit a base??
I've got an uncontoured barrel coming from Fusion. .7" OD, so I should be able to make that work.
Paps are great dogs!! The avatar is our 4th. Most go better than 16 years with us. Tetley will be 12 next month.
Thanx for the measurements and pic.
Here is what I'm wanting to do: I have a 5" slide and after a 10 month wait, finally got a suppressor. I want to get a 6" bull barrel and thread it .625"-24,...
I'm looking for measurements on the bull part of a 1911 bull barrel. I need the OD and length of the "bull part". I would prefer if measurements came form a Gov't model 5" size

Yesterday there was a lot of medical activity across the creek at John Linebaugh's house. I just found out that John Linebaugh died. It was quick and a suspected heart attack.
He was a great friend,...

It's the powder of choice in my 358 Norma. About 10 years back I bought 20 1 lb cans of it when a shot was selling it off cheap. I think I paid $13 a can for it. Still have about 15 lbs left.

I have the 45 ACP shellplate in the press and am selling the press. I just thought it would open it up to potential buyers if it did something other than 45 ACP/Super/Win Mag.

Can the Lee Pro 1000 be used to load short action rifle stuff?? I'm thinking 308 & 6.5 CM. I have a the 45 ACP shellplate carrier and I am wanting to use it for 308(non-military). It looks like...

I have been looking for RL 26 and a buddy for 2400 for 2 years now. I have a pound of Pro Reach that Alliant doesn't have or won't release pistol data for, so it is up for trade!

I just paid $180 for 2K. Hated to do it, but now I can breath a bit easier -- Bring on the Zombies!!

I don't know how to break it to ya, but I get 7.4 mpg in my 99 Western Star pulling 80K. And the ride is a whole lot more comfortable! Although the last 3 years I have been at 110K and at 5.25 mpg.
