I have an '88 and recently I measured my rifle triggers and got the '88 at 8.35 lb while my lightest rifle trigger on my Vixen is at 1.85.
I dont mind it that much per se but the difference is...

The parallax is no issue at all in normal use. The NiteSite is an IR-camera mounted to the back of a riflescope connected to an IR-light/lcd-screen-unit on top of the scope.

Not sure if this is the place.
I'm thinking of getting a NiteSite Viper as such sights have recently been made legal for boar here.
However, all the reviews I have read/seen say that for optimum...

That sounds similar to the basis of the old swedish name for birchbark-tar, ryssolja (russian oil), because the russians used it to treat their leather gear and during the wars in the dark and fog...

Oh, maybe I should forget about trying to load them subsonic as I can't easily check the bore. The rifle is a Win 88.
I had a feeling they might have worked well with, perhaps, a hollow point...

Sounds great, I'm still waiting for the package. Supposedly it should have landed in the country by now so I might be able to try it out next weekend.
I might put a quick detachable 7x56 at night...
So I ordered the fixed bullseye sight from Brownells because the ones with elevation were out of stock.
Are the fixed ones the same height as the adjustable ones?
And how are your experiences...

And the price of the Forster from Germany is not much different from the Hornady one available locally so all is good and well.
