Not cheap. Just Frugal! If it works don't knock it!
Sorry to hear of your ailments. As I am 'getting there' myself. I pray they find medication to help and appreciate your contributions to the shooting brotherhood. All should take notice that we...

I agree this is what you need for your situation.

I have loaded them to a little over 2000 FPS in a 300 BO and an AR in 7.62x39 and they shot good. They feed fine in the AR too. Maybe I just got lucky.
I use a hotplate with my lee 6 bangers to preheat and to hold the heat when there is a pause needed.
I measured bore slugs from perhaps half a dozen 9mm's before concluding .357" is where you want your bullets to be. All but one of them were .356" on groove and the outlier was a Springfield 1911 at...

I have used a hair dryer and got it flowing when I used it. I now powder coat my cast.

Well indeed! Sometimes things like this is what makes kids go good instead of bad. More of this needs to be done in our whole society.
Don't overlook IMR4227. I have ran as high as a 245 grain bullet with full function in an carbine length AR. should be 9.5 grain.

This I do also and it's worked well for me.
Ditto, I have the same mold and have been pleased with the accuracy. I would recommend anyone who owns a .380.
I have one and as close as I can measure with a Micrometer it is .309. Not all runs of these guns will measure the same as manufacturing tolerances will ever be the same. I have gotten excellent...

19 grains of h-335 in my ar15 carbine will cycle and shoots acceptably for me. This is with the lee 55 grain mold. As usual start low and see if it works with your ar.

I have loaded some 311041 which with powder coat and gas check weight was 185. Used Trail Boss for ~1050 FPS. These worked well in my AR in 7.62x39. I believe that if your rifle will use a .308...

I would tentatively say yes as I can't look at the powder. Our ancestors when on an extended hunt would sometimes get their powder wet and have to do as you suggested, "let the sun dry it out". ...

This is correct. That is until this administration can figure a way to screw this up...
Glad to hear that you are on the mend. I am interested in your wares once you can produce.

Ditto, these are my findings too. I cast ~12-15 BHN on rifle rounds powder coated up to ~2200 FPS. I have had no leading issues and get hunting accuracy.
