Am in late 70’s and have been disposing of many things from my life long shooting sports pastime. Seems that all of my “customers “ are pretty well experienced. When I get a good price for a...

Used to have a M71. Sold years ago, but just came across 3 full boxes of factory ammo. I have seen ads for brass going for premium Prices, not much info on factory fresh ammo pricing. Thank you for...

Great little powder dispenser. Be sure to check all powder drops on good scale before simply assuming any chart correctly represents charge that measure will drop. Load the Dandy, drop 2-3 practice...

I struggle with Imgur as well. I have images posted there, but can’t figure out how to move them to an email or down load to my photo library on Windows 10 desktop. There is a panel of options on...

Absolutely! Always carry a Smith .22 pocket gun. Accurate, not too loud and has provided a lot of small game for the grill. Prefer grouse to venison in any event. Would not shoot if I knew others...

If it is too deep to steam out, try filler and stain. I keep a variety of shades of walnut stain and some scrap wood to test before application to stock. More work than steam, but worth it for good...
The 16ga has been my favorite game gun for years. Has to be a genuine 16 made on correct frame for 16, not a 12ga clunker bored for 16. Citori 16’s are nice; as are M21’s, M12’s, etc. Remingtons...

Over the years, I have come to know that many shops have multiple smiths and quality of work can depend on who gets the assignment.

Love a good pasty! The best in MI are usually found in the UP. In my area of mid-MI we have a few small shops called King Arthur that make a very good beef pasty.
Nasty, dirty, gritty, crap. Big waste of time & $.

I prefer the Buck 119. Have tried many makers of this classic style, but the Buck is best in MYO.
Have owned & carried many S&W 39 & variations for years, but am seeing that Glock now seems to be most preferred. Have tried and just do not care for many of the Colt based 45acp semies. Is Glock...

Helped our daughter dump her Jeep and buy a Toyota 4R. She could not be happier.
Just bought a newer Buck 119 and the factory blade is “scary “ sharp. The knife is larger than I expected, but very nice IMO.
I have others, but if I had to choose one it would be my S&W 642.
My favorite is an older Win M42 .410 with full choke.
3 or 4. NIB Colt Woodsman; engraved S&W M34; Nickel M19 TT & TH 4”; probably some others that don’t come to mind.

I like my pre-64 M70 FWT. It has always seemed very accurate and pretty easy to carry. Has both scope and leather sling. When checking weight, do you include sling? Loaded rifle with ammo?
