Just as fast for me as a red dot less likely to get knocked off zero and won’t run out of battery.

.501 .502 will work it’s for a Beowulf I usually shoot 440 gr

I’ve got the short 444 with the faster twist and Ballard rifling shoots everything great bang flop short 18 in barrel handy and fast
only down is the porting but I’ll put up with it buy how it...

Shot a ram rod down range once out of a muzzle loader never found it
No damage but let’s just say there was a little more recoil with an aluminum rod added

What caliber you shooting
I put the skinner on my 41 mag and it’s great I prefer a peep over a red dot or a scope at 75 yards or less

I went on a road trip purposely to go to go to the cmp and pick up a m1 with my son
I had no idea what I was getting into but had my paperwork in order
