I haven't owned many FA but I have had a few and all shot great....I always tended to buy them in too big a caliber tho to fully enjoy a long range session. I would like to get a 357 or 44 FA to play...

Lock time and dwell time are two big factors often overlooked in shooting
Also cock the hammer back and use a pin punch and make sure the firing pin moves freely. Powder residue gets it there.
Point the gun towards the ground. Press in the pin. And put one little drop...
It may even be something simpler. Look for trash and dirt around the hammer spring. Just take the grips off and give it a peak
I run 4227 a lot. And a lot in the FR guns. Never had a issue. And accuracy was great.

Won't work on a single action. The cyl pin and the ejector get in the way.
We do lots of stuff with single actions but they are more of your standard build.
For the rest it can be anything....
If their behind you and running how in the heck do you check and see if they are a wet or dry doe....
the 10" version weighs 6-8oz more than a factory 6" gp100.
this one is a 6.5" and I did not weigh it but I would estimate it weighs close to the same as a factory GP.
