Ditto on the "no problemo" with rusty WW clips.
Last Saturday I went to a friend`s house to help him melt down 2 buckets of material. He said both buckets had been in his basement for more than...

I use 3 Uni-Flo measures...2 with the steel rotors, and one of the early aluminum rotors. It`s easy to change them out from the stand. Anything else that comes my way does get used for a short time,...

smokemjoe,
I remember that... There were warnings that not all ballast "lead" was in fact useable lead for our pursuits.
xtimberman,
You say you cast some 145gr for a Maynard...
I`d really like to know the as cast diameter you got and the alloy you used if you have that info.

Bret4207,
Oh yeah...there were plenty of Lee RB`s available. (grin) Kinda like hunting for mushroom`s in the woods. If there`s Lee moulds around, surely there`s some Lymans or RCBS, or Geo. Hensleys...
Doug,
No pics to offer, sorry.
George`s info is sure appreciated! I don`t think I`ve ever seen a complete kit as he described. Most of the kit`s contents scatter like quail in just a few years...
Floodgate,
Yes, both blocks are stamped 216...I did not mean to indicate that is not.
What about those unusual stamped steel handles?
Also, I don`t have anything in .41 mag....but that...

When I got back home, I thumbed thru each of my Lyman CB manuals and could not find it. And since I`ve had no internet access for the past 6 weeks or so,...

I`d have to say that they do...
I spent a great deal of time just reading about casting before I finally got started. Guess who`s prose registered the most with me? (Gun Digest Volumes)...

I used one for nearly 10 years back when I participated in our NYS Bullseye League. It was a real time saver for boolit seating and crimping when I wanted to sit and load 100 or 200 rounds at a time....

I don`t think your being to picky at all...
Try smoking the end of the plug with a Bic lighter or a match and see if that stops the bleeding.

eka,
It better fit...!
Clean out the shellholder recess of the ram with a cotton swab. Also, inspect that little snap ring as it tends to accumulate primer debris and such.

Mark,
I can tell you from experience that casting with zinc requires the maximum heat the pot can generate. A couple of problems surface when you get going....
1. From the first cast, the spout...

My BIL put a Limbsaver pull-on recoil pad on his Rem870. It stretched the length of pull way too far for his short arms. (Over an inch+)
Maybe would do the trick for you on the 110FP?

BruceB,
I have plenty here...how much do you need to keep the M336 happy?

Glad you weren`t injured.
