I have one in 35 Rem., it required a good cleaning when I first got it, gift from the FIL.
It now runs well and has accounting for a good many deer, the farthest was around 135-140 yds. one shot...

I've also used the CBC brass in 45 colt with no issue.

I've handled one of each the rifle and the carbine, both were smooth and priced at or just under 8 bills.
The cheapest Henry I've seen in 30-30 was $900.

I don't cast as much as I once did and do buy some pre cast from time to time and for a couple of cal. that I don't have molds for.
I've shot and shoot quite a bit of Missouri Bullet co. 180 gr...

I tried the Tac out in the 35 Rem. it did well.
Haven't tried it in anything else yet.

I've used a good amount of 3031 in the 30-30 and 35 Rem and cast and also 4198 in those and a 25-20 and 38-55.

Another 41 fan here, have a 6.5" BH and a Henry.
Killed a doe quite a few years ago with the BH.
I think the deer know when I'm out and about with the Henry as I've never seen one while carrying...

I have never tried Universal in my entire reloading life, but have used a ton of Unique in all kinds of applications. This old Winchester likes this load pretty well....

I'd say yes on the 35 & 444, most likely prior to most Big game hunting seasons.
As to the 45 70 I don't know as I don't shoot it.
