Mine is just 6.5grs of Unique under a 250-k cast boolit; with a good crimp. I can shoot that out of my new Vaquero with out any worries; but still has enough pressure to burn all the powder well....

I went ahead and ordered some hard cast bullet lead from Rotometals. I will mix it with my lead. I should be able to throw some of my lead into the mix.

I just take mine out, and put them in a empty pill bottle with any top punches also. Works for me.

The locating pins WAS another problem I had, I did tap them into the mating block to make a tighter connection.The blocks are square NOW. Do you lubricate them? never did that either?
