I've benn using the 3 die set in 45 colt for about 5 years, and it works fine.
Longwood,
( FCD) is Factory Crimp Die, I think. I just got one because I had a bunch of Hornady HP/XTP bullets with...

Minwax Polyurethane makes a good finish for bows. It will water proof it, and makes a lasting finish. You can get it in a waterbase version also, and works very well on wood arrows, for a finish.
When I drop the hammer on my 45 SA , it goes off everytime. That is more then I can say for some of the simi autos I've had. So, I don't feel bad at all carrying it. It's the first shot that counts.
Small standard pistol is all I've been using with Unique powder, and have never had a missfire. So far so good.

My mold might be throwing them a might short.
I'll have to check that out.

I've had mine about two years now, and it's performed just great.
I put about 200 rounds though it yesterday and it shot right where I put it,
with no hicups. As a matter of fact, it's has not...

I'm sorry, I measured the wrong boolet the first post.
I measured the right one this time, and got .644 with a
dial caliper, and .64 with the digital caliper.
I thought I had the right boolet the...

The one I have in here is 3/4"
I can measure more of them when I get out to the shop.

I've got a MKIII 22/45, and like said above, it came drilled & tapped and the mount came with it. Mine handles everything well, with no jams yet. I haven't put a scope on it yet, and don't know if I...

Bad little boogers.

When I do go after tree rats with a rifle instead of a longbow, I use a Henry lever action 22.
It's the smoothest lever action I've ever had, and the most accurate. Hitting red squirrels in the...

I have a Colt Frontier 62, that was made I believe, before the New Frontier came out. I've carried this one for more then 50 years, and it still shoots and hits what I'm aiming at as well as it did...
I have the 66 in 357 Mag, with a 6" barrel, 7 shot, and as said above, It is very accurate.
I have no complaint's at all with the gun. I also have the Taurus model 85 in 38 special +P. It also is a...

I think the Mossberg will clean up nice, if the bore is ok. I have one that looks about like it, that was my Dad's, except it is a 410 shotgun. As a kid, I was was with him when he bought it, and...

I ordered some the first part of this month, and it came in just a few days. Pretty darn quick coming from Alaska. It works great, as most of you already know. Don't know how I got along without it...
I use a Lee TLSWC 158 gr. in front of 3 grs, 3.5 grs of bullseye, or 4.7 grs of Unique all with good results in a Taurus 66 357 6" barrel, and a Taurus 85 38spl +p. Puts them plumb center, if I do my...

I just did 150 lbs, and like said above, just let it burn off, and then flux heavy. It turns to ash, and just scoop it off.

I use a LLA-JPW-MS 45-45-10 mix, and just swirl, tumble a few times, and swirl again.
Then just pour them out on wax paper, and let dry. It's been working fine, and not sticky at all.
grumman,
Nothing wrong with my grips, just like the wood better.
I didn't think, if they were my Grandfathers, I would keep them to.
From what I can find, I think your right that it is probably...
My model 66 looks just like it, except for being SS, mine is on the frame, just in front of the cylinder when it's open.
When you change grips, if you want to get rid of the wood ones, let me know....
"I originally got the Lee Auto Prime because it was cheap. I quickly discovered that it was too short and a pain to convert from large to small primers."
I don't know why it would be a pain to...

Have a safe trip home, and thank you for your service.
I just unloaded 80 30-30 rounds using the hammer style
puller. No problem at all.
