I still use my old three screw Single Six Ruger. I have a 3X scope mounted, and with the .22 Mag cylinder, I can take squirrels out to about 75 yards.

I like the 180 grain Hornady XTP. They get excellent penetration and are heavy enough to get a "Whack" for bone breaking and depth. I get them from RAM Precision, 50 rd box for $30. Can't beat...

I would be more likely to hunt with mine if one of the major bullet companies would make a good 215gr. soft point RN in the correct diameter.

Go buy a deer feeder and keep it full of corn , also they have som stuff called (C'Mere Deer) you can pour out or mix with there food and it works great !
