I bought these SA primers when everything else was out of stock. Im about half way thru a 5000 piece order. They work just fine in my hammer fired guns, but I do get light strikes in my striker fired...

I run a Lee TC bullet, powder coated and sized to .356 with very good results. I tried .357 and .358 and they all functioned but the .356 was the accuracy winner. This is in a Ruger commander 1911.

I Got him in Central Pa, just north of State College. Black Moshannon State Forest. Shot him in the chest, facing straight at me.(Not a shot that I would usually take but...) he was close maybe 30...

Loaded with the Lee 255gr RNFP powder coated in front of a modest amount of HP 38.

Mine would be a Magnum Research Lone Eagle in 30/06! Quite impressive muzzle blast and the worst recoil I have ever felt, and I've shot 500, 454 and 460's. My buddy kept reminding me to "get my...

I use 4.2 gr HP38 in front of a Lee 120TC powder coated. Kind of a light load but it functions good.

Back in my younger days, I ran heavy equipment, I ran scrapers and heavy earth movers, the company I worked for called them "Pans". The number on the side of mine was 213.

I used 23 grains w296 with a 240 gr XTP (Please forgive me about not using a boolit)

I shot this buck in Pa on opening day with my Ruger SRH 44 mag. Not very big by some standards but far away from food plots and crop fields, this is about as lucky as one can get. One shot at about...

I used a 1/4 inch hardware cloth stapled to a wooden frame with an air powered stapler. I made it 18'' x 24'' any bigger and I found it to be very heavy. I also put thin strips of plywood on the...

I tried 45/45/10 in 9mm and .380. I couldnt get it to work in 9mm. It worked ok in .380. I even went with straight LLA to no avail. I switch over to PC and never looked back. That being said...
That would probably bother me too, however, how does it shoot? That would be the question I would ask myself. If fixing it would help the accuracy by a great margin, I would have it re crowned. If it...
I too had to wait a while for them to be available at my toy store, well worth the wait and is one of the most reliable 1911's I have. I will soon be adding a SR1911 in 9mm to the arsenal.

Don, if I understand correctly, your looking at possibly coating some 9mm. My quess is you will not notice a difference in accuracy from that of store bought stuff. I shoot PC'd boolits from many...

I agree with Ghosthawk, its all about the fit. If you are gonna gascheck them and you cast for a good fit you shouldnt get leading. If you do get leading, maybe try powdercoating.

I used a fine tip Sharpie. I wrote on the side of the turret. If you need to remove it later, brake cleaner will take it off.

I do both, and find myself doing PC more and more. Im not a big fan of the smoke from LLA.

I use it for a bunch of different pistol cartridges from 380 acp to 45colt also for '06, 308, 45/70, 223. I did get a kit that allows it to auto rotate clockwise in order to eject the finished round...
Whatever fit his hands best is what he should buy. Keep in mind, it is almost always true that a full or midsize gun will be easier to shoot well, than a small compact one. However, one can become...

Started loading for 44 mag back in 1996. It would drive me crazy to pay 18.00 a box. now I load and cast for 15 different cal. Im expecting to start to save money anytime now.
