Coat them and shoot them. No need for anything else. I can't speak for tub coating. I always spray on a clean boolit. I soak mine in acetone let them dry and coat. Never had a problem.

Most 457 molds throw 459 or 460. At least all I have owned. Crimp on the check at the first sizing. 457-458 ? Powder coat and size again 457-458 . Your ready to go.

Burn a hand full of saw dust or chips on it. The tin will mix back in. You might need to do that more than once while casting ingots. Just scoop the burnt dust off and have at it. Some people use...

The powder coat is what I do. I have a 358 mold that throws 357. I powder coat and run them through a 358 sizer. Bingo ??

I find that two cavity molds are faster but throw different weight boolits. I find myself using only one cavity. I shoot paper more than game .
