I like to use targets with the black "Bull" Area sized at 6 MOA....Which would be about 6 inches at 100 and 12 inches at 200 yds..sounds like your pretty close to that now!

60 grains of black ,,,,and a 405 grain boolit is a pretty light load....shouldn't be too bad even in a 10 pound rifle!

John Taylor recently did a reline for me in .45-70 in an italian sharps which had an overlength chamber and also a oversize bore.....He did an Excellent Job which is NOT Visible , and it Now Groups...

You may want to contact John Taylor@ Taylor Machine in Puyallup, Washington. He just did a reline on a 32" Octagon barrel for me in .45-70. It was on an Italian Sharps.
He did a Great Job,...

One inch per hundred yards works fine for most of us, but, if your gonna shoot a rocket too the moon...well, that's another story!..

Your absolutely correct Charlie...1 min of angle does = 1.047...but, Most of us just consider 1 min. of angle to = 1 inch at 100 yards and it works out pretty darn good...;-)

Maybe you could just try blowtubing only between shots, some people have success with that..

I use a "Hoke" Long Range Sight, and he makes a med. and also an extra long range too!
Tention is adjustable in the windage, and has a scale on both sides of the staff!
