I believe its just the barrel length and not the rifle itself. Go with the 1:8 twist... it will shoot 110's all the way to big heavy 247's

Try some A1680 for your big heavy stuff. If my memory serves me, start somewhere around 10 grains of 1680 for 200 grain boolits and work up. You will probably end up around 11 grains to get maxium...
