My lee drops at .325 with WW.
It is super easy to enlarge those dies to .325 or .326 or whatever. You will find yourself with a bunch of them in all sorts of custom sizes.:coffee:

I have a type 99 like you mention in pretty good shape, mine is a bit large in the bore, but is a great shooter. Value at 250-350 for top, unground mum shape with all the extras.
