I had the same problem. The only way I got it to feed was to fill the hollow point with hot glue. Worked well and accurate but too much fiddling around for me.

I have that mould. Casts 135 grains with my alloy. If you are only going to have one mould you might want to consider one of his HP moulds. They have pins to cast solids too. But you loose...

I made a flat seating stem for HP cast bullets. Slightly flattens the end but doesn't reduce the diameter like a RN stem does.

There are plenty of good dies out there. I like the RCBS cowboy dies for straight wall pistol loading with cast bullets.

Not that. I use a NOE expander mandrel for the Lee universal expander for cast. They come in multiple sizes

I use a toothbrush and acitone first. Polish the hollow point pins. Then preheat on a hot plate while the lead pot is heating up.
