Patch ball twist should be 1:64 twist, seems like the real will do well in the 1:48 twist barrel.

I did - a Marlin 1895CB, no problems or issues the gun is as good as it get's. I think Marlin has resolved most issue's no complaints from me. Just installed a Skinner Express brass site - beautiful.
